During this 3rd semester of my current course Diploma In Business,we have been assigned to do a group assignment by forming the group up to 4 people.So me,Ben Ang Yi Xiong and Simone Cho decided to form a group of our own and we choose Simone Cho as our group leader.

 

          The assignment that we've been assigned in this group assignment is we have to visit the Bursa Malaysia 's website and obtain necessary information which related to the Initial Public Offering.The company we've been asked to choose is Tune Ins Holding Berhad.First of all,when we started to do this assignment,we found that this time the assignment are quite difficult.The reason why is because three of us doesn't understand the topic and what information required us to fill in.At beginning all three of us had no idea at all,but after been a while of research and teamworking,finally we solve out the solution together and working as a team.Althought still not easy for us to solve it,but we still can manage the work effectively by divide the work separately for all of us.

 

          After we finish analyzing the prospectus and IPO report of the Tune Ins Berhad,three of us distributed the 7 question into 2 parts.From question 1 until 4 i'm the one assigned to do it while Ben And Simone are assigned to do rest of the question.

 

            first i didn't know the term IPO and Prospectus at all until that time,after been hours of struggling,finally i finish my part within 2 to 3 hours.Few days later then our answer all combined together and passed up the group assignment in the Dropbox.

 

          Through doing this group assignment,i have learned a lot,this module Financial & Accounting not just let me know the basic of financial and accounting management.It also helped me on how i see through the business world too.
